Important: Prepare Your Uber Eats Data Before Purchase
Your purchase is valid for 24 hours only. Please make sure you have your Uber Eats order CSV file ready before purchasing access. We recommend requesting and downloading your data from Uber first, as it can take some time for Uber to prepare your file.
How to Get Your Uber Eats Data
Open the Uber Eats app
Go to Account
Scroll down to Privacy
Look for the "Your data and privacy at Uber" section
Scroll till you see "Would you like a copy of your personal data?"
Tap on the Request button
Enter your phone number or email address
Tap Next
Enter the 4 digit code from your text or email
Enter your password (if you've forgotten your password, tap Forgot password and then provide your email address)
If you need the code from your email, find it in your inbox or your spam folder
Enter the code
Once you've verified access, you should see "Download your data"
Tap on the "Request Your Data" button
You will receive an email or text when your data is ready to download
Once your data is ready for download, you should be able to download a zip file of your information
Once you've downloaded your data, extract the zip file
Locate the Uber Eats orders CSV file – it should be in Uber Data > Eats > user_orders-0.csv
Once you're ready to upload the CSV file, tap on Purchase Access and follow the steps
Once the payment is complete, you should be redirected to Uber Wrapped where you can now upload your CSV file
